Debuting on Upliftv Dec. 21, Christmas Oranges is a powerful and entertaining movie based on a popular children’s story. The movie tells of Rose (Bailie Johnson), an orphan who must leave the generous care of Mrs. Hartley (Nancy Stafford) for the more severe Irongates, where Headmaster Crampton (Edward Herrmann) enforces strict discipline, even at Christmas. When Mr. Crampton's friendly brother Joe (Bruce Newbold) brings the children oranges as a present, Rose runs the risk of losing out when she breaks the rules.
