NewBay Media Buys ‘B&C'

Trade publisher also acquires ‘Multichannel News,' ‘TWICE'

NewBay Media has acquired Broadcasting & Cable, Multichannel News and This Week In Consumer Electronics (TWICE) from Reed Business Information.

The magazines will join NewBay's lineup of print, online and in-person products and services. NewBay publications include TV Technology and Television Broadcast.

Dunn Departs NewBay

Larry Dunn, president/group publisher for Multichannel News and Broadcasting & Cable, is departing NewBay Media. He will be succeeded by Louis Hillelson, a seven-year veteran of the brands who formerly held the title of associate publisher for B&C and Multichannel News.
