The Screengrab

Parting is such sweet sorrow. As House readies for its final shift at Princeton-Plainsboro on May 21, Fox is giving the show's loyal fanbase a chance to give the series a proper sendoff. Viewers have until April 13 to submit their own original content -- whether it be a song, poem, a choreographed dance or music video -- for a chance for it to appear during the House hourlong retrospective immediately before the finale. Viewers can also enter into a separate sweepstakes that could land them at the show's wrap party in Los Angeles on April 20.
