DESCRIPTION

BROADCAST SYNERGY MANAGER

Creative, detail-oriented candidate will seek out innovative opportunities designed to leverage corporate synergy and third-party media outlets to promote Disney Parks. Identify, develop and manage the acquisition and execution of multi-media content for multi-platform distribution including national television programming and new media for Disney Parks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Minimum 7 years' experience in broadcast field
* Proven knowledge of New Media platforms and ability to research/recommend new opportunities, technologies, and strategies
* Proven television and new media producing skills
* Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills
* Demonstrated strong networking and negotiating skills
* Ability to travel (domestic & international)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Demonstrated experience in developing cross-promotional concepts
* Demonstrated national production and programming contacts
* Proven familiarity with HTML, Adobe PhotoShop, Macromedia Flash, online video streaming, QuickTime, and Content Management Systems.
