Details of the Job Listing: TVB ePort has an opening for a Customer Service Rep. Person will coordinate the resolution of communication, data transmission, basic hardware and software issues. As administrator, Rep will register new organizations and assist organizations in setting up and training users. Strong telephone, interpersonal and computer skills required. Knowledge of television advertising buy/sell process helpful. Prior computer help desk experience desired. Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized fashion necessary.
