Description: Dicapta, a leader in accessibility communication tools, is seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader with demonstrated success to serve as ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE. The right candidate is someone who thrives on being an original thinker and is not afraid to challenge the system with new ideas.
Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be able to:
•Demonstrate a proven track record as a Sales professional in the broadcast TV industry with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team, goal oriented environment
•Seek out and develop strategic relationships with decision makers and work directly with clients
• Drive new business development
• Forecast revenues
• Develop solid client relationships
• Establish in person relationships with clients by conducting high volume of face-to-face calls
Requirements: Qualifications for the ideal candidate include enthusiasm, strong communication skills (written and presentation), experience in forecasting and account planning, and promote teamwork within other departments, such as Production.
We require a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the broadcasting industry with existing contacts and relationships.
Experience with broadcast content distribution is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Travel will be required at least 50% of the time.
Compensation: Base Salary + Bonus program, with potential for 6-digits
