OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Summary
Assist the Director of Operations in managing the daily activities of the Operations department.

Duties:

•·   Supervise the daily activities of the broadcast operations unit, with a focus on Master Control and Live Events.

•·   Determine workflow and manage scheduling.

•·   Implement operational polices and procedures.

•·   Recruit and train new employees, manage and develop Operations/Production staff.

•·   Fill-in for various production and Master Control positions when necessary and willing to work until the job is done.

•·   Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.

Requirements:

•·   Master Control Operator experience

•·   BA degree 

•·   Supervisory experience

•·   Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.

•·   Communication, Oral - Ability to communicate effectively with others.

•·   Problem Solving - Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.

•·   Technical Aptitude - Ability to comprehend complex technical topics and specialized information.

•·   Working Under Pressure - Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.
