GENERAL MANAGER/GENERAL SALES MANAGER

One of the nation's growing broadcasting groups is seeking a GM/GSM to lead its mid-west, top 75 market FOX station.  This position will include both GM and GSM responsibilities and duties.  Because of this heavy sales emphasis, three or more years of GSM experience is preferred, and three or more years of LSM and/or NSM experience is required.  Candidates must have a successful record in revenue growth, budget attainment, new business development, sales project management/results, and sales training/retention and leadership.
