DIRECTOR OPERATIONS

Charter Communications, one of the nation's largest Broadband service providers, is seeking a Director Operations for the Asheville or Hickory, NC area. The essential functions of this position are contributing to the company vision of being the industry leader in customer service through quality, commitment, courtesy and teamwork. This person will be responsible for management of all cable systems within their area of responsibility including operational support of Charter Business customer accounts , ensure achievement of financial goals, customer satisfaction, and compliance with Division and Corporate requirement.  This person will actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience, achieve or exceed budgeted revenue and growth, and provide senior management progress reports.

Preferred Qualifications are 4 years of CATV and/or telecommunications experience and 6 years of management experience.  Preferred technical/engineering background.  Interested applicants must complete the online application at www.charter.com/careers.
