          • Widevine Technologies announced that Viginta, a Lithuanian TV, phone and Internet service provider, has selected Widevine's Cypher to secure content delivered over its one-way hybrid QAM/IPTV network.

          • AT&T is taking orders for U-verse in several Northeast Wisconsin communities -- including Appleton, Fond du Lac, Green Bay and Oshkosh -- and will begin installing services for new customers on June 30.

          • AT&T launched U-verse in the Northern California communities of Fresno, Visalia and Clovis.
