John Nogawski is poised to take over as head of CBS Television Distribution, according to sources with knowledge of the situation. While CBS declined comment, an announcement is expected soon that Nogawski will step into a role left by the sudden passing of CEO Roger King Dec. 8.

WSJ: Comcast, BitTorrent in Talks on Internet Traffic
