JT and NBC? Reveille, Timberlake to Produce Pilot

Ben Silverman wants to bring sexy back to NBC, so he is turning to the guy who said he was doing exactly that in the music business. NBC ordered a pilot script for My Problem with Women, an adaptation of a Peruvian comedy that Reveille and Justin Timberlake are teaming up to produce.

Bids for The Weather Channel Due Monday

Disney Joining NBC, CBS in Putting Classics Online

Net Revenue Down at Young Broadcasting

Young Broadcasting’s net revenue in the fourth quarter of 2007 was $44.1 million, down from $50 million in the same quarter of 2006. Local and national revenue grew $1.1 million (2.8%) in the quarter, Young reported, while operating expenses declined 2.9% to $30 million in the fourth quarter of 2007.

In Pittsburgh, local broadcaster WPXI offers viewers classic TV shows like Hawaii 5-0 and I Love Lucy, as well as round-the-clock local weather, but they're not on the Cox Broadcasting-owned station's schedule. Rather, WPXI, an NBC affiliate, offers these services on secondary digital channels it owns and operates.
