Deputy editor Michael Malone grew up in the New York suburbs on a steady diet of Sesame Street, Banana Splits and New York Mets broadcasts. These days, his DVR is stocked with, among others, The Office, The Mentalist, a Joe Strummer documentary he can't bring himself to delete, and more of those Mets broadcasts. The father of a 3-year old who digs Diego and a nine-month old with an increasing interest in the small screen, Michael covers all aspects of local television.
