Fly on the Wall – Chef Eric Ripert at Brunch, Orlando Bloom in WeHo, Woody Harrelson at the Cleaners
November 10, 2008
- Wonderchef Eric Ripert, who has appeared on Bravo’s Top Chef, strolled into brunch Sunday at Blue Hill at Stone Barns in Westchester, NY, according to Super Fly Correspondent and B&C Deputy Editor Michael Malone. “It’s this beautiful working farm that has a 3-star restaurant that draws much of its product from the farm,” Malone says, adding that it may be “Westchester’s best restaurant and certainly its most unique setting.” Malone says for him a sighting like this is a rarity and he wishes he could’ve stuck around and spied but his baby was howling….
- …Meantime, celebrity encounters are just a matter of course for one other Super Fly Correspondent who crossed paths with Woody Harrelson early in the morning mid-October (10/14) at the 9th Ave Cleaners in New York. Then late last month (10/24), during a trip to Los Angeles, he sat next to Orlando Bloom at Hugo’s in West Hollywood. He’s also been to Pastis at the same time as Ari Gold himself, Jeremy Piven.
- Eater LA has a roundup of some more recent celebrity sightings in LA.
