OK, the last Question of the Week didn't convince me that we can do better than "oh," but I'm willing to try again. Here it is:
What's the upper limit you think is fair for an executive to earn when s/he exits a company? Do you think whatever a company is willing to pay (and an exec manages to negotiate) is fine or do you think shareholders should have some say?
