What does this nation need, tech-wise?

It’s been widely reported that the Obama Administration is going to appoint someone Chief Technology Officer (and perhaps that someone will be Julius Genachowski, a former high-ranking official at the FCC and a law school affiliate of Obama’s). In true Obama fashion, the incoming adminstration has apparently set up a page where people can let Obama and his team know what we need with regard to tech policy in this company.
