Kiran Chetry Goes to CNN

February 16, 2007

Former Fox News anchor Kiran Chetry has joined CNN as an anchor/correspondent, amidst what appears to be a contract dispute with her former employer. While we want to note the change, we unfortunately don't have time to get into the nitty-gritty of the spat. We'll leave that in the able hands of our friend tvnewser.com, who's owning this story right now.

Kiran Chetry just said that many people today consider the site of the World Trade Center hollowed ground. ( not hallowed )

I think that FOX made a mistake when they passed Kiran over for Gretchen. I like the FOX format better but I have switched over to CNN to watch Kiran, and I am glad she fought for herself and didn't just take what they dished out.

Yea, so, whatever. It's simply another story of thinking you can't be replaced. Well she was as life will go on. No one person on Fox alone is their reason for being #1. it's the energy between them all. So Fox will continue to top out because as a viewer I simply like their overall style. Maybe Kiran's head will return to normal size now

I like Kiran and Aliyson Camerota and E.D. and I now tire of Fox and will follow her to CNN and hope others come over too.

Kiran is exceptionally bright, willing, beautiful, unaffected and ambitious. I wish her all the best at CNN amd PLEASE do not compare her to Paula Zhan. Paula cannot hold Kiran's snow boots. I miss Kiran in the morning and now will switch to CNN to follow her. The new girl ( sorry can't remember her name) is a dunce and does not have the fresh, intelligent aura that Kiran had. Good luck to Kiran and God Bless

You tell Kiran..."you go girl" Foz news didn't know what they had and to have to let you go was the worse thing they could have done..I wished that they fire Grechin Carlson..she is a witch..I remember when my son and I came there christma to have Tiki autograph his jersey and you got us in Matthew and I sat in the waiting room and wait for Tiki while the Witch just walked by didn't say hi or anything..Well Matthew and I wish you lots of luck with CNN and we will be watching you..Matthew also says hi to Mia..
