New AOLTV president

Robert Friedman was named president of AOLTV last week, joining the company after serving as co-chairman of New Line Cinema's worldwide theatrical marketing division. Friedman will report to America Online chief executive Barry Schuler and will take on the challenge of getting the AOLTV platform some momentum.
