Sen. and presidential candidate Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.) will appear for the first time on The O’Reilly Factor, Fox News Channel’s top primetime show, the network announced Tuesday.
The announcement came just a few days after Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) appeared on Fox News Sunday, stopping the so-called Obama Watch, which tracked how long the senator had said he would appear on the program but had not done so.
Host Bill O’Reilly will sit down with Clinton on the campaign trail in Indiana as part of a two-part interview that will air Wednesday and Thursday.
While the Clinton campaign has been at odds with Fox News hosts -- O’Reilly included -- in the past, Clinton campaign advisor Terry McAuliffe recently praised the network during an interview, saying, “You were the first ones to call it for Hillary Clinton. Fair and Balanced Fox. You beat them all.”
