HCD got ad-agency representatives to view and rate the ads, then submitted its top 20 to online surfers.

Coming in No. 2 was Budweiser's "Rocky" ad, followed by the Coca-Cola battling Macy's balloon spot, then Diet Pepsi's "What Is Love" and Bridgestone’s screaming animals spot.

Rounding out the top 10 were the E*TRADE baby, Bud Light's cavemen, Toyota's ferocious badgers, Life Water's dancing lizards and a second E*TRADE baby spot.
