MSNBC's Jansing Named NBC News Correspondent
Chris Jansing to Work in Los Angeles Bureau, Contribute to Nightly News with Brian Williams, Today

MSNBC anchor Chris Jansing is heading to NBC News’ Los Angeles bureau, where she will serve as a correspondent for all of the news division’s programs, including Nightly News with Brian Williams and Today.
Jansing, who joined NBC News in 1998 as an MSNBC anchor, will continue to serve as a contributing anchor on MSNBC.
In addition to her work on MSNBC, including anchoring coverage of the 2006 Winter Olympic Games, Jansing has been a correspondent for Dateline NBC and a fill-in anchor on the weekend editions Today and Nightly News.
Prior to joining NBC News, she was an Emmy Award-winning anchor and reporter at WNYT Albany, N.Y.
