LeslieAnne Wade, VP of communications, CBS Sports, is now senior VP of communications.

Rachael Ruble, morning news anchor, WMTW Portland, has joined KSTW Seattle as digital media account executive.

Paul Bae, director of arts and technical ministries, First Baptist Church of Fair Oaks, has joined KBCW San Francisco as digital media manager.

Guy Kerr, senior VP of law and government/secretary, Belo Corp., has been promoted to executive VP. Also at Belo, Carey Hendrickson, VP of human resources, has been promoted to senior VP/CAO; W. Craig Harper, executive director of technology, has been promoted to VP of technology.

Mark Casey, news director, KPNX Phoenix, has been promoted to VP/news director.

Maggie Rodriguez, co-anchor, CBS' The Saturday Early Show, has been promoted to anchor, The Early Show.

Don Schwenneker, meteorologist, WTAE Pittsburgh, has joined WBBM Chicago as weekend meteorologist.

Wilf Dinnick, Middle East correspondent, ABC News, has joined CNN as an international correspondent. Also at CNN, Samson Desta, supervising editor, has been promoted to Abu Dhabi bureau chief.

Megan Reuther, anchor/reporter, KWWL Waterloo, has joined WHO Des Moines as a reporter.

David Reiter, senior broadcast producer, ABC News, has been promoted to executive editorial director.

Cable

Maribel Viteri, multicultural marketing manager, Diageo, has joined ESPN Deportes as director of marketing.

Marc Juris, GM, Court TV Networks, has been promoted to executive VP and GM.

Jennifer Yohe, VP of business affairs, Time Warner Cable, has joined Comcast as VP of strategic business procurement.

Nick Lenoci has joined Bright House Networks as VP of business solutions.

Cherie Grobbel, VP of international finance, GameStop, has joined QVC as VP of international finance.

Elizabeth Brooks, executive VP of marketing, GoTV Networks, has joined Real D as CMO.

Technology

Terry Brown, senior VP of worldwide technology, Technicolor, has joined Mega Playground as CTO.

Simon McGrath, director of strategy and development, OnDemand Group, has been named CMO of SeaChange.

Walt Ungerer, VP of corporate communications, Vyyo, has been promoted to executive VP of corporate strategy and investor relations.
