MTVN: More than 1.2B Video Streams from MTV.com, VH1.com, CMT.com

Britney Spears’ ‘Gimme More (Live)’ Most-Streamed Video

MTV Networks Music Group said Thursday that it delivered more than 1.2 billion video streams from MTV.com, VH1.com and CMT.com in 2007, up 30% from 2006.

The cable programmer added that music videos accounted for nearly one-half of the streams, as well as driving triple-digit growth for MTV Mobile, VH1 Mobile and CMT Mobile for the year.

"Music was at the core of everything we did in 2007," MTVN Music Group president Van Toffler said in a statement. "And once again, MTV, VH1 and CMT produced the year's most memorable events in music."

The top 30 most-streamed videos across MTV.com, VH1.com and CMT.com were:
