'Moral Court' Gets a Needed Upgrade

Warner Bros.' rookie strip Moral Court has been upgraded from 1 a.m. to 11 a.m. on top market WWOR-TV New York, effective Jan. 8. The scheduling shift is a nice boost; Moral Court has been struggling in the national household syndicated ratings, ranking near the bottom of all rookie first-run efforts.
