Seller: Northern Illinois Broadcasting Co., Chicago (William C. Florian, president/ owner); no other broadcast interests. Note: $165 million is a record price for a Chicago FM

Facilities: WNIB : 97.1 MHz, 8.4 kW, ant. 1,196 ft.; WNIZ-FM : 96.9 MHz, 50 kW, ant. 500 ft.

WDKS(FM) Newburgh/Evansville, Ind.

Price: $7 million cash

Buyer: Clear Channel (see items above); owns WGBF-AM-FM, WTRI-FM and WYNG-FM Evansville

Facilities: 100.9 MHz, 3 kW, ant. 280 ft.

Buyer: Rubber City Radio Group, Akron, Ohio (Thomas A. Mandel, president); owns five other FMs and one AM

Seller: BB Broadcasting Inc., Troy (W.K. Burton, president); no other broadcast interests
