Neil, president); owns/is buying 63 other FMs and 17 AMs, including WSB-AM-FM Atlanta, WBTS(FM) Athens/Atlanta, WFOX(FM) Gainesville/Atlanta and WJZF(FM) La Grange/Atlanta. Bill owns kolm(am)-kwwk(fm) Rochester and KLCX(FM) St. Charles/Rochester, Minn. Ramsey owns KTRN(FM) White Hall/Pine Bluff, Ark., and KRBL(FM) Idalou/Lubbock, Texas.
Seller: DN Communications Inc., La Crescent (Patrick Delaney, president). Delaney owns 51% of company that owns KGRA(FM) Jefferson and KKRF(FM) Stuart, Iowa, and 50% of company that owns WKBH(AM) Holmen/La Crosse and WFBZ(FM) Trempealeau/La Crosse. Note: DN acquired WKBH-FM for $48,000 in 1993
