Lone star system swap

-- Broadcasting & Cable, 8/28/2000

AT & T Broadband and Time Warner Cable are trading Texas cable systems. AT & T will swap cable systems serving 82,000 subscribers in the Corpus Christi area for systems serving 98,000 subscribers in the Dallas suburbs owned by Texas Cable Partners, which is managed by Time Warner Cable. Texas Cable Systems also gets an undisclosed amount of cash.
