Galactica’s McDonnell in Talks to Join Grey’s Anatomy

'President Roslin' on Battlestar Galactica set to join ABC drama in undetermined guest role.

Mary McDonnell, who played President Laura Roslin on Sci Fi Channel’s Battlestar Galactica, is in advanced talks to join ABC drama Grey’s Anatomy.

McDonnell would appear as part of a multiepisode guest arc later this season.

McDonnell is a two-time Oscar and Golden Globe nominee, and she was nominated for an Emmy Award as a guest star on ER in 2002.
