Jesse Martin Out, Anthony Anderson In at Law & Order
Det. Ed Green Character to Be Written Off NBC Series this Spring

NBC drama Law & Order is losing veteran actor Jesse Martin, who will depart the show after nine years as Det. Ed Green.
Martin will be replaced on the show by Anthony Anderson, who had a starring role on Fox’s K-Ville and supporting roles on FX’s The Shield and feature film The Departed.
Martin’s character will be written off of the show in an episode set to air sometime this spring.
