Value: $32 million (includes $12 million cash being paid by swapper of weex-wode and $2 million for wdlc-wtsx option)

Swapper, weex-wode: Clear Channel Communications Inc., San Antonio (L. Lowry Mays, chairman; Randy Michaels, chairman, Clear Channel Radio); owns/is buying 19 TVs and at least 1,115 other radio stations

Swapper, other stations: Nassau Broadcasting Partners LP, Princeton, N.J. (Louis F. Mercatanti Jr., president); owns/ operates 19 other radio stations
