TLC Orders More 'Honey Boo Boo'
Net greenlights additional episodes, three holiday specials

TLC has ordered additional episodes of its pop culture hit reality series Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.The network has also greenlit three of what it is calling "HOLLAday" specials for Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Since premiering in early August, the Toddlers & Tiaras spinoff starring Alana "Honey Boo Boo Child" Thompson and her self-proclaimed redneck family has averaged 2.3 million viewers.
Its first half of season one ends Wednesday with a special one-hour episode at 10 p.m.

You don't have to watch it. But if you have a programming package with TLC, you get to pay for it! Isn't the unregulated free-market great?
If more people cancelled pay-tv services due to the practice of bundling/subsidizing channels that contain programming that you disagree with, we'd get an a la carte option a whole lot faster.

This is absolutely horrible! The person who is running TLC should seriously be fired from her job for allowing such drivel and crap like this to even air, let alone be renewed. They are very poor role models and for people to be stupid enough to watch this crap should have their heads examined to the highest degree. I mean...REALLY?!
