AT&T spokesperson had no comment on offer

A Hallmark Channels spokeswoman said negotiations had not resumed with AT&T over carriage of its channels on U-verse, but that Hallmark was "ready and willing" to talk.An AT&T spokesperson had no comment on the offer beyond citing AT&T's Sept. 1 statement, which included that its customers "had been denied a fair deal by Hallmark and Hallmark Movie Channel" and that U-verse no longer had the rights to carry the channels as of one minute after midnight on Aug. 31 after the two sides could not come to terms on a new carriage agreement.
Hallmark says AT&T sent it a termination notice, while AT&T says it offered to keep the channels on during the impasse, under existing terms, but Hallmark declined.
Both sides have declined to comment on the specifics of the impasse
Starz Kids and Turner Classic Movies programming replaced the channels on U-verse.

AT&T and Hallmark NEED to sit down and negotiate a deal. This is rediculous that we, the subscribers, are caught in the middle and losing out on one of our favorite channels that was included in our subscription price. We don't need 16 more Spanish speaking channels. Please call in Jesse Jackson or whoever to arbitrate and get thing settled!

I am very upset that Hallmark was pulled from the lineup. I just switched to AT&T and am now considering going back to DirectTV so I can get back the great Hallmark programs. What a disappointment!

I always look forward to watching Hallmark channel and am so disappointed in that it was pulled form my line-up. Please add it back in as this is something that I paid for.

Hallmark channels have the family friendly, positive, non-violent viewing that all the other channels don't come close to. There's enough violence in the world. We pay our bill, you should deliver the channels we paid for!
