HLN and Fox News were the big winners in April, with CNN’s little sibling growing 47% in the primetime demo from a year ago, and the current cable news winner growing a staggering 63% over the same period.
From 8-11 p.m., Fox News averaged 551,000 viewers in the target 25-54demo, with MSNBC finishing a distant second with 271,000, CNN third with 248,000 and HLN fourth with 231,000. In addition to Fox and HLN’s growth over April 2008, MSNBC was up 16%, while CNN was down 12%.

Seriously? Fox News certainly has the biggest spin on any story. Their worry is only to benefit their own party, obviously the GOP. What has President Bush left us with, a huge mess. President Obama's reform style is putting our own countries needs in the front seat, finally. MSNBC in my opinion puts into perspective the real facts that the Fox News network muddles.

NBC is stupid to think that the American people will buy into their liberal beliefs just because they say we should. Real journalist are suppose to report the news and not put in their personal opinion. When they do it becomes opinionism NOT journalism! They are so pro-Obama that if anyone dares to disagree then they are a racist. What we can't disagree with the man because he's black? Give me a break! Also I am sick and tired of the movie stars that are so far left they look like a bunch of idiots! I do not want a some "star" telling me what's wrong and right! Shut your mouths and go back to your day job.Nobody cares what you say except the other "stars" and far left liberals. The general pop. hates opinionated starlets.

On Thursday May 14, I'm watching all the evening cable news channels on Pelosi being pounded in the news. I decide to switch to msnbc, which I rarely watch after 10AM, to see what their perspective is. So I hold my nose and switch the channel and what is msnbc-countdown talking about...Sarah Pallin. Are these jokers kidding?

MSNBC is falling apart and it is hard to understand how the network execs can't figure out why. As O'Reilly (yes, he is arrogant, but better than anyone MSNBC has) said last night, the ridicule principle of Keith, Rachel, and Big Ed is out of the Saul Alinsky book and people don't like it. I did broadcasting in college and those three remind me of the skits we played with back then, not trying to be serious broadcasters. Keith attacked O'Reilly and lost ground. Now, he attacks Hannity and loses ground. Is he just dense? He is losing. They are winning. I watch the big three in cable news to try to get a broad landscape of information and entertainment, but MSNBC gets my attention only when Chris is on and he has gone so far left that he is losing me, too. I hate the shouting on Hannity, but at least he has guests on who disagree with him. Keith, Rachel, and Big Ed don't. MSNBC has adopted the Air America approach and it will be fatal to them very soon. Stupid business model.Infantile hosts. Looks like Fox and CNN will survive alone.
