Clinton targets digital divide

Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.) introduced seven bills aimed at bringing high-speed networks to underserved areas, as well as creating new jobs in New York. Three are specifically targeted at broadband networks for rural areas and inner cities.
