Seller: Connriver Broadcasting LLC, Chatham, N.J. (Richard L. Sharpe, Kirk Warshaw and Jonamy Broadcasting Inc. [Mary Cristinano, principal], each 33.3% owners). Warshaw also has interests in 12 other FMs and four AMs

Facilities: WMXR : 93.9 MHz, 670 W, ant. 682 ft.; WCFR-FM: 93.5 MHz, 3 kW, ant. 300 ft.

Format: WMXR : classic hits & good times; WCFR-FM : hits of the '70s, '80s and '90s

KAKU(FM) Springfield and construction permit for KBMF(FM) High Point (near Jefferson City), Mo.

Price: $1.25 million

Buyer: Community Broadcasting Inc., Overland Park, Kan. (Richard B. Bott, president); owns five other FMs. Bott owns/has interest in five more FMs and five AMs

Seller: American Family Association Inc., Tupelo, Miss. (Donald E. Wildmon, president); owns/is buying at least 103 FMs and permits to build other FMs

Facilities: KAKU : 90.1 MHz, 6 kW, ant. 328 ft.; KBMF : 89.9 MHz, 7 kW vert., ant. 377 ft.

Format: KAKU : Christian

Construction permit for KOOO(FM) Rocky Ford (near Pueblo/Colorado Springs), Colo.

Price: $1 million

Buyer: Clear Channel (see above); owns KVUU(FM) Pueblo/Colorado Springs, KPRZ-FM Fountain/Colorado Springs and KKLI(FM) Widefield/Colorado Springs

Seller: High Peak Broadcasting LLC, Chicago (Christopher F. Devine, member/58% owner). Devine is president of Marathon Media, which owns 24 AMs and 44 FMs

Facilities: 95.5 MHz, 100 kW, ant. 390 ft.

Construction permit for KDNO(FM) Thermopolis, Wyo.

Price: $20,000

Buyer: Carjim LLC, Kemmerer, Wyo. (Jim Carroll, president). Carrol has interest in KAOX(FM) Kemmerer and KTHE(AM) Thermopolis

Seller: Wyoming Resorts LLC, Thermopolis (John C. Power, principal). Power has interest in three AMs and two FMs

Facilities: 101.7 MHz, 24.5 kW, ant. 1,663 ft.
