CLINTON SEEKS SPECTRUM REVIEW

President Clinton Friday ordered the FCC and other regulatory agencies to identify spectrum that can be reallocated for wireless Internet and other third-generation wireless services. Among the frequencies under review are channels used for instructional TV and multichannel, multipoint distribution systems.
