Perhaps because a celebrity edition of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? on May 1 made overall viewership swell, ABC's local ratings weren't hurt much in five markets where Time Warner blocked the station from local cable viewers on that day. Below are local ratings from the blackout day compared with the previous Monday, April 24.
