Belo, Cox start Mas! news channel in ariz.

Belo and Cox Communications on Oct. 16 launch the first 24-hour Spanish-language cable news channel in the Southwest. "Mas! Arizona'' will reach 456,000 Cox Cable subscribers in Phoenix.
