Retro Television Network unveiled a new slogan, “Classic Television Hits All Day, Live Talk All Night,” as it begins to phase out paid programming in favor of late-night talk shows.
The digital network said its goal is to “provide the viewer with compelling programming 24 hours a day.”
Starting in September, RTN will insert live news, general entertainment and sports talk shows into the wee hours. One live program will be produced and hosted by Robin Leach, who also graces the RTN home page. Another, a talker named Unreliable Sources, already airs on several RTN affiliates.
The RTN programming schedule is comprised of vintage hits like Happy Days and The A-Team.
