Dish plans to add 22 HD local markets throughout the summer and fall: Abilene, Texas; Albany, N.Y.; Beaumont, Texas; Chattanooga, Tenn.; Columbia-Jefferson, Mo.; Des Moines, Iowa; Fargo, N.D.; Greenville, N.C.; Joplin, Mo.; Lansing, Mich.; Lincoln, Neb.; Madison, Wis.; Myrtle Beach, S.C.; Omaha, Neb.; Quincy, Ill.; Sherman-Ada, Texas-Okla.; South Bend, Ind.; Syracuse, N.Y.; Topeka, Kan.; Waco, Texas; Wichita Falls, Texas; and Wilkes-Barre, Pa.

“Throughout the remainder of the year, Dish Network will continue adding a variety of HD services -- local markets, national channels, on-demand and pay-per-view -- so our subscribers can enjoy the best technology, value and programming,” said Eric Sahl, senior vice president of programming for Dish, in a statement.
