The CW Renews Six Series

Gossip Girl , One Tree Hill , Smallville , Everybody Hates Chris , America’s Next Top Model , Supernatural Returning to Network

The CW announced early pickups of six of its original series -- Gossip Girl, One Tree Hill, Smallville, Everybody Hates Chris, America’s Next Top Model and Supernatural.

Not yet picked up were The Game (a probable for renewal, a source said) Reaper (on the fence), Aliens in America (also on the fence), and Beauty & the Geek.

The only returning freshman series is Gossip Girl.

America’s Next Top Model received orders for installments 11 and 12, while Smallville received an eighth-season pick-up. One Tree Hill will be coming back for a sixth season. Supernatural and Everybody Hates Chris will be returning for their fourth seasons.
