PBS newsman and legendary interviewer Charlie Rose will join 60 Minutes as a contributor, CBS announced.

Rose is no stranger to CBS, having been a correspondent on 60 Minutes II on the network from 1999-2005. During his first run at CBS, Rose conducted an exclusive “exit interview” with President Clinton and won an Emmy Award for a feature story on online auction site eBay.
“It will be great to have Charlie working with us again. His considerable talents will make our all-star team even better,” 60 Minutes executive producer Jeff Fager said in a statement.
Rose has hosted daily interview program Charlie Rose on PBS since 1991. He will continue to serve as host, executive producer and executive editor of his PBS show while contributing to 60 Minutes.
