By John Eggerton -- Broadcasting & Cable, 1/2/2008 11:25:00 AM
Don Perry is exiting as president of Clear Channel Television.

Craig Millar, senior vice president of the Southern region, will take over for Perry until a new president and CEO can be named.
The FCC Nov. 29 approved the sale of Clear Channel's 35 TV stations to Newport Television for $1.255 billion. Clear Channel is selling the stations as part of a larger sale of the company to BT Triple Crown.
Millar has been in his current post since January 2006.
