Things were looking pretty positive for the .2 Network when it began signing up affiliates last year. The startup digital TV networkoffering movies, comedies and lifestyle serieswas fine-tuning programming and slated a launch date of Dec. 8, 2008. But like so many media companies, .2 Network has been forced to reassess plans.
