Birth of a Station
Something unusual is happening in Myrtle Beach, S.C.: Raycom Media is raising a new NBC affiliate, WMBF. It is what many are calling the first built-from-scratch digital television station in the U.S. Station creation is uncharted territory for most broadcasters, including Raycom.
