Warner Bros. to Take Over Daytime Programming for The CW By Ben Grossman - 05/05/2008
Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution will supply programming for The CW’s 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. weekday block, according to a pending deal between the corporate cousins. Beginning this fall, The CW will air Telepictures Productions’ rookie court show Judge Jeanine Pirro (left) from 3 to 4, followed by a comedy block featuring The Wayans Bros. and The Jamie Foxx Show.

FCC: Telepictures Productions' TMZ Is a News Program By John Eggerton - 05/02/2008
The FCC ruled that Telepictures Productions' syndicated magazine show, TMZ, can feature candidates for public office without automatically invoking the FCC rule that requires stations to offer up airtime to other candidates. But it warned that stations were still on the hook if an appearance was deemed to be for the purpose of advantaging one candidate over the other.
